What this covers
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. This policy also covers the related technologies we use — local storage, session storage, and pixels in email — because from your side they do the same job.
We group everything we set into three buckets: strictly necessary, analytics, and preferences. Only the first is on by default.
02
Strictly necessary
These keep you signed in, keep your session attached to the right workspace, and protect forms against cross-site request forgery. Without them the product does not work, so they cannot be turned off.
Session token — keeps you signed in. Expires when the session ends.
Workspace selector — remembers which workspace you are in. Thirty days.
CSRF token — protects form submissions. Session only.
Load balancer affinity — routes you to a consistent server. Session only.
03
Analytics
Analytics cookies tell us which features get used and where people get stuck. They are off until you accept them, and we use a single provider rather than a stack of them.
Product analytics — anonymous usage and feature adoption. Thirteen months.
Error reporting — attaches a session id to a crash report. Seven days.
04
Preferences
Preference cookies remember choices you have made so the product stops asking. They are off until you accept them, and nothing breaks if you decline.
Consent record — remembers what you chose here. Twelve months.
Interface state — remembers collapsed panels and table settings. Twelve months.
05
Third parties
Some pages embed content from other companies, such as a video player or a scheduling widget. Those embeds can set their own cookies under their own policies, and we load them only after you accept.
The full list of third parties that touch customer data is on the sub-processors page.
06
Managing cookies
You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the site footer. Clearing cookies in your browser resets the choice and we will ask again.
Every major browser can block cookies outright. If you block the strictly necessary ones, signing in will fail — that is the browser doing what you asked, not a fault in the product.
